IMPORTANT NOTICE
By booking a trip, registering as a Host/Creator, or using any of our platform services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth in this document. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement under the laws of India.

| "Host" / "Creator" | An influencer, content creator, expert, or entrepreneur who lists and hosts group trips on the Platform for their community. |
| "Operator" | Third-party ground operations partner responsible for logistics, accommodation, transportation, and on-ground trip execution. |
| "Trip" | A travel itinerary with a defined host, dates, destination, inclusions, and price, listed on the Platform. |
| "Booking" | A confirmed reservation made by a Traveler for a Trip via the Platform. |
| "Booking Amount" | The non-refundable advance deposit required to confirm a Booking (amount varies by trip category). |
| "Final Payment" | The remaining balance due after the Booking Amount, payable by the Final Payment Due Date. |
| "Credit Note" | A voucher issued by the Company in lieu of a cash refund, redeemable against future trips on the Platform. |
| "Trip Leader" | The on-ground representative assigned by the Operator to manage the logistics and safety of the group during the trip. |
| "Force Majeure" | Any event beyond the Company's reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, government orders, or other unforeseen extraordinary events. |
| "Departure Date" | The official start date of the Trip as listed on the Platform. |
| "GST" | Goods and Services Tax applicable as per Indian tax laws. |
2GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
2.1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Platform, making a Booking, or registering as a Host/Creator, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you are Booking on behalf of another person or a minor, you must be at least 25 years of age, be legally authorized to act on their behalf, and accept full responsibility for their compliance with these Terms.
2.2 Accommodation
- Some destinations — particularly remote, offbeat, or high-altitude areas — may not have star-category hotels. Amenities such as 24x7 electricity, hot water, and Wi-Fi may be unavailable. Travelers are expected to adapt to local conditions.
- All packages are based on standard/base-category rooms unless explicitly stated otherwise. Upgrades, if available, must be arranged and paid for directly at the property.
- For large groups, all rooms may not be available in one property. If rooms across two or more hotels are necessary, identical facilities cannot be guaranteed, though the Company will endeavor to maintain parity.
- Special requests (e.g., early check-in, room type, floor preference) are subject to availability upon arrival and cannot be guaranteed. Any additional costs arising from such requests are borne by the Traveler.
- Camp accommodations at high-altitude locations (e.g., Nubra Valley, Pangong, Chandratal, Sarchu) are basic by nature. Running hot water and 24x7 electricity may not be available.
2.3 Meals
- Meal plans are based on fixed menus or buffets unless stated otherwise. A-la-carte ordering is not included.
- MAP (Modified American Plan) and similar plans exclude beverages, soups, desserts, evening snacks, and alcohol unless specifically mentioned.
- Items not included in the meal plan will need to be paid for by the Traveler directly.
2.4 Transportation
- Vehicles are provided solely for the trip itinerary on a point-to-point basis and are not at the Traveler's personal disposal.
- Air conditioning is not available in vehicles operating in hilly/mountainous terrain (Tempo Traveller, Innova, Xylo, Scorpio, or similar).
- Third-party inter-city coaches (e.g., Volvo buses) are operated by vendors; the Company cannot be held liable for delays or breakdowns, though it will endeavor to arrange replacements.
- Vehicle departure times, halt points, and routes may be adjusted due to traffic, weather, safety, or operational reasons.
2.5 ID & Documentation
As mandated by Government of India regulations, all guests must carry a valid government-issued photo ID at all times during the trip. IDs must be submitted to the Company's representative in advance of check-in.
2.6 Conduct & Behavior
- The Company reserves the right to remove any Traveler or Host from a trip if their behavior disrupts the safety, comfort, or experience of others — without any refund.
- Travelers must comply with all local laws, customs, and regulations of the places visited.
- Consumption of alcohol is subject to applicable state laws and the rules of the accommodation property. Alcohol is strongly discouraged at high-altitude destinations.
- Smoking is prohibited in vehicles. Travelers must follow local rules regarding smoking in public places.
- The Company has zero tolerance for possession or use of illegal substances. Violation will result in immediate removal from the trip.
2.7 Biking / Adventure Trips — Additional Terms
- Participants must possess a valid motor vehicle driving license and a minimum of one year of riding experience.
- Riders are solely responsible for their safety and the safety of any pillion passengers.
- The Company reserves the right to shift any rider to the support vehicle if it deems riding unsafe, without any refund for that portion.
- No alcohol or controlled substances are permitted before or during a ride.
2.8 Health & Safety
- Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to undertake the trip. A consultation with a physician is strongly recommended before high-altitude or physically demanding trips.
- Travelers must inform the Company of any pre-existing medical conditions, disabilities, or allergies at the time of booking.
- The Company and Operator reserve the right to refuse participation or remove a Traveler from the trip on health or safety grounds, without refund.
- The Company is not responsible for any injury, illness, medical emergency, accident, or loss occurring during the trip.
3TRAVELER BOOKING TERMS
3.1 Making a Booking
All Bookings must be made through the official Platform. By completing a Booking, the Traveler agrees to these Terms. A Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the Booking Amount (advance deposit) and issuance of a written confirmation by the Company.
3.2 Booking Amount (Non-Refundable Advance)
The Booking Amount is non-refundable under all circumstances, except in cases explicitly covered under the Force Majeure or Company-Initiated Cancellation Policy. Booking Amount percentages vary by trip category and are displayed on the Trip Page at the time of booking.
3.3 Final Payment
- The remaining balance (Total Trip Cost minus Booking Amount) must be paid in full before the Departure Date, per the schedule specified on the Trip Page.
- Failure to complete final payment by the due date may result in automatic cancellation of the Booking, subject to applicable cancellation charges.
- All prices are quoted inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
3.4 Prices & Surcharges
- Trip prices are dynamic and may vary based on occupancy, booking date, and seasonal demand. Different Travelers may have paid different prices for the same trip.
- Discounts cannot be combined. Only one discount may be applied per Traveler per Booking.
- The Company reserves the right to impose surcharges up to 30 days before departure due to significant changes in fuel costs, government-mandated taxes, or currency fluctuations. Surcharges exceeding 10% of the Booking price entitle the Traveler to cancel and receive a full refund.
3.5 Traveler Details
Travelers must provide all requested details (full name as on government ID, date of birth, nationality, ID number, emergency contact, medical conditions) at least 45 days before the Departure Date. Failure to provide accurate details may result in additional charges or cancellation without refund.
3.6 Passport & Visa (International Trips)
Travelers are solely responsible for holding a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity beyond the trip end date) and obtaining all required visas, permits, and travel documents. The Company is not liable for denied entry to any country or attraction due to insufficient documentation.
3.7 Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended and in some cases mandatory. If required, this will be communicated at least 60 days before departure. Insurance should cover medical expenses, emergency evacuation, personal accident, trip cancellation, and loss of baggage. Minimum recommended medical coverage: ₹15,00,000 (approx. USD 18,000).
3.8 Mid-Trip Discontinuation
If a Traveler voluntarily discontinues the trip after it has commenced, they must submit a written request to the Trip Leader. No refund will be issued for unused services. The Traveler assumes all liabilities from that point forward.
3.9 Claims & Complaints
Any complaints during the trip must be raised with the Trip Leader immediately. Written complaints must be submitted to the Company within 10 days of the trip end date. Claims submitted after this period will not be entertained.
3.10 Photos & Marketing
By participating in a trip, Travelers grant the Company a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any photos or videos taken during the trip for marketing and promotional purposes across all media, without additional consent or payment.
3.11 Minimum Participants
Trips require a minimum number of confirmed bookings to operate (as specified on the Trip Page). If the minimum is not met, the Company may cancel the trip and offer a full refund or alternative batch.
4HOST / CREATOR BOOKING TERMS
4.1 Who is a Host?
A Host is an influencer, content creator, expert, entrepreneur, or community leader who partners with the Platform to design and lead group travel experiences for their audience/community. Hosts are independent partners and are not employees, agents, or representatives of the Company.
4.2 Host Onboarding & Qualification
- To list a trip, a Host must complete the Platform's onboarding process and meet the minimum community/follower requirements specified by the Company.
- The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any Host application at its sole discretion.
- Hosts that do not meet standard qualification criteria may, at the Company's discretion, be offered the option to pay a refundable onboarding deposit. This deposit is returned upon the Host's first confirmed trip departure.
4.3 Host Responsibilities
- Hosts are responsible for promoting the trip to their community, communicating trip details to Travelers, and actively participating in the trip as described on the Platform.
- Hosts must ensure their content, communications, and conduct comply with all applicable laws, Platform community guidelines, and these Terms.
- Hosts must be physically and medically fit to lead/participate in the trip.
- Hosts must maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary Platform information, Traveler data, and Operator terms.
4.4 Host Cancellation & No-Show
- If a Host cancels a confirmed trip departure for any reason (other than a Covered Event or Force Majeure), the Host shall be liable to pay a Cancellation Fee of ₹1,00,000 per cancelled departure.
- If a Host fails to arrive at the destination without prior notice, this constitutes a No-Show and the same fee applies.
- All fees or advances paid to the Host for that trip must be returned to the Company within 30 days of the cancellation.
4.5 Covered Event (Host)
A 'Covered Event' is a medically diagnosed condition that prevents the Host from leading the trip. Written notice (with supporting medical documentation from a licensed practitioner) must be provided within 48 hours of diagnosis. In such cases, the Host may reschedule without penalty, subject to Company approval.
4.6 Host Earnings & Payments
- The Host's earnings/commission structure is governed by a separate Host Agreement signed between the Host and the Company.
- The Company will process and disburse Host earnings within the timelines specified in the Host Agreement, after deducting applicable TDS as required under Indian tax law.
- Hosts are responsible for their own tax compliance, including filing of income tax returns and disclosure of earnings from the Platform.
4.7 Non-Disparagement
During and after the term of the Host's association with the Company, the Host agrees not to publicly disparage, defame, or make negative statements about the Company, its services, employees, or partners.
4.8 Intellectual Property — Host Content
Hosts retain ownership of their original content (photos, videos, literary works, music) created for the trip. By listing on the Platform, Hosts grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use Host Content for marketing, promotional, and operational purposes. All other work product created specifically for the Platform (itineraries, trip pages, features) is the sole property of the Company.
5PAYMENT POLICY
5.1 Booking Amount by Trip Category

Note: Booking Amounts may differ for peak season, popular destinations, or specific trip packages. The applicable Booking Amount will be clearly displayed on the Trip Page.
5.2 Accepted Methods
- UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm)
- Net Banking (All major banks)
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MC, RuPay)
- Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
5.3 GST & Taxes
All prices inclusive of applicable GST (currently 5% for tour operators). International trips may include additional destination-mandated taxes.
6CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
IMPORTANT: No cancellations will be accepted over phone or WhatsApp.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing — reply to the payment confirmation email you received at the time of booking.
6.1 Domestic Group Trips

6.5 Company-Initiated Cancellation
If the Company cancels a trip due to insufficient participants or operational reasons, Travelers may choose a free transfer or refund:

7FORCE MAJEURE & EMERGENCY
This policy supersedes all standard cancellation terms when a Force Majeure Event affects the trip destination.
7.1 Definition
Includes natural disasters, war, war, armed conflict, war, riots, government orders, national/state emergency, or severe weather conditions rendering travel unsafe.
7.2 Traveler Options
- The Company will issue a Trek/Trip Voucher (Credit Note) for 100% of the amount paid, valid for 365 days.
- Cash refunds are not guaranteed in Force Majeure situations.
- Any additional costs (extended stays, evacuation) are the sole responsibility of the Traveler.
8CREDIT NOTE POLICY
8.2 Validity & Lifetime
Credit Notes have **LIFETIME validity** — they do not expire. (Note: Force Majeure notes are valid for 365 days).
- Credit Notes are transferable to another person with written notice.
- Credit Notes cannot be used as the Booking Amount.
- Only one Credit Note may be used per trip per person.
9PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA). Data collected: Identity (name, ID), Contact, Payment (via certified gateways), Health data (for safety).
9.2 Data Use
To process bookings, communicate trip info, marketing (opt-out available), and legal compliance.
You consent to transactional communications via WhatsApp, SMS, and email. These cannot be opted out of as they are essential for operations.
10-13LEGAL PROVISIONS
10. Intellectual Property
All content — text, logos, itineraries — is the exclusive property of the Company. No reproduction without written consent.
11. Liability & Indemnification
The Company acts as an intermediary. Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific Booking. The Company is not liable for personal injury, Operator failures, or baggage loss.
12. Governing Law
Governing Law: India. Exclusive jurisdiction: Courts of Sonbhadra/Uttar Pradesh, India. Claims must be filed within 10 days of trip end date.
13. Miscellaneous
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Severability applies if any provision is found unenforceable.
